I never have been one to journal, I'm always all "What do I say?" So, um...lessee...I ran 1.5 miles this morning, it was the first time I ran in about 8 months due to an ankle injury. It felt good to run, and the weather was absolutely wonderful. Of course now, I'm starting to feel the effects of it. I'm actually a sprinter, so 1.5 miles is about my cutoff point anyway. I just want to get back to the point where I can do it while drinking a cup of coffee and tweeting-aka effortlessly. Heavy PS work today as I do every day, but it is exciting when I'm trying new techniques that I can add to my arsenal/toolbox. It's funny because I remember viv
